This nailer is part of a new line of Bosch tools, which utilize Full-Force Technology to consistently drive nails flush, even in industrial lumber. This revolutionary engineering works without return chambers that add bulk and weight and create wasted energy on the strike.
When the trigger is pulled on the BNS200-18, air drives the piston down the cylinder. As the piston strikes, air is exhausted out the front of the tool for 100-percent air power and no wasted energy.
Big Power in a Small Package
The BNS200-18 is 20% smaller than its competitors, but provides 10% more power, giving you high-performance results when driving 5/8- to 2-inch 18-gauge nails. The BNS200-18 offers an operating range of 60–120 psi, so you can quickly complete small woodworking projects or add detail and trim to larger projects.
The slim body and narrow nose give you an excellent line of sight and maximum control, even in tight spaces. And no-mar tip storage protects your tips.
This nailer is perfect for crafting and installing cabinetry, nailing in blind spots or around corners, hanging wall paneling, or repairing window and door casings. Also, it eliminates the need for pre-drilling, which can cause wood to split.
Measuring 2.25 x 9.75 x 9.0 inches (WxHxL) and weighing just 2.1 pounds, this handy tool won't weigh you down, even during heavy-duty, all-day jobs.
Tool-Less Operation for Ease of Use
The BNS200-18 offers the ease of straightforward, tool-less operation. Make adjustments to the air exhaust, fine-tune the depth of drive, clear out jams with the quick-clear function, and switch between bump and sequential firing with the selectable trigger--all without the need for a wrench or additional tools.
Prevents Tool Damage
To help ensure long-term, reliable use, the BNS200-18 features a dry fire lock-out, which prevents damage to the workpiece and the tool's internal components by eliminating blank firing. Additionally, this brad nailer comes equipped with an inline self-cleaning air filter that keeps debris away from the valve and O-ring, preventing wear, tear, and compromised performance.
The BNS200-18 comes with a one-year unconditional warranty.
